This two-day workshop integrates classroom and on-site experiences at a host facility to build upon the knowledge and experience gained at the DISCOVER EXCELLENCE workshop. It takes you deeper into the Shingo Model™ by focusing on the principles identified in the Enterprise Alignment dimension and the Results dimension:

To succeed, organizations must develop management systems that align work and behaviours with principles and direction in ways that are simple, comprehensive, actionable and standardized. Organizations must get results, and create value for customers is ultimately accomplished through the effective alignment of every value stream in an organization. The ENTERPRISE ALIGNMENT & RESULTS workshop continues the discussion around defining ideal behaviours and the systems that drive them, understanding fundamental beliefs and using behavioural benchmarks.
Enterprise Alignment and Results is the on-going process that keeps an organisation aligned with its strategic goals and operational objectives.
Change is constant therefore organisations must constantly work to realign, vertically and horizontally, to continually optimise performance.
The workshop is aimed at leadership teams, senior executives and managers responsible for strategy development and execution.
All too often individual leaders look to protect and optimize their own territories rather than align and improve across the entire enterprise.
Attending the introductory Shingo Discover workshop is recommended to gain an understanding of the Shingo Model and the relationship between Principle driven behaviours, systems and tools.
To better understand what Enterprise Alignment looks like along with the underlying principles.
Challenge the common paradigm of a short-term results-driven environment that creates unsustainable performance and an uncertain future.
Learn how to define and implement the fundamental framework and conditions for successful alignment.
Improve your understanding and application of the key systems involved in achieving both vertical and horizontal alignment by understanding how:
• vertical alignment is used to motivate employees and ensure they are working on the ‘right’ thing to strategically move the organisation toward its long-term aspirations.
• horizontal alignment is used to create value through assuring the operational efficiency and effectiveness of its organisational resources.

Why purpose and a long-term focus provides a unifying vision along with the clarity and stability of effective decision making.
Why the impact of Synergy – how things work together– is far greater than the sum of the parts.
How to align behaviour and performance so that every aspect of an organisation is focused on creating value.
Which key Enterprise Alignment systems are responsible for creating the conditions that cause people to behave in a certain way and how we can move towards ideal behaviours.
Experience practical go, look, sees to understand the application of the Alignment & Results dimension and the associated guiding principles.
