Hands-On Experts in Process Improvement

The Practitioner Team consists entirely of hands-on experts in process improvement, lean manufacturing, innovation and allied disciplines. They are practical, down-to-earth people with passion, commitment and a credible track record in improving manufacturing processes for bottom-line benefit. Specialist help and advice is also available from our team of associate practitioners from partner organisations and the private sector.

Small and medium size North West manufacturing companies are entitled to a FREE annual manufacturing review by a member of our practitioner team. Subsidised follow-up support is also available.

    Untitled document Lee joined the Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) from RWD where he had been working as a lean consultant with blue chip clients from 2007. Lee has been involved in major change transformations at all levels of businesses from senior director to shop floor employees in companies that span the whole of Europe. Lee has extensive experience of working in the rail,aerospace, FMCG and automotive industries.
Eunice Cinnamon

Untitled document Eunice Cinnamon, a Chartered Engineer, is a specialist in delivering Lean Improvement programmes through the training and development of others. Eunice has a strong background in technical change management, plant engineering, operational management and strategic maintenance. She also has expertise in Lean Techniques, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM).
Peter Holton

Untitled document Peter is a commercially astute Chartered Manager with international project management experience and a track record of leading change management and business transformation programmes.
John Woodruffe

Untitled document John has successfully applied his solid track record of achievement in lean manufacturing, sustainable operation and business leadership to his role in managing client relationships. He is responsible for overseeing the management of operational excellence projects. 
Julian Winn

Untitled document Julian is a veteran of maximising lean performance across international supply chains and business systems. His international career spans a wide range of industry sectors and customers, during which he has led and motivated cross-functional teams in pursuit of business improvement.
