The Lean Healthcare Champion programme gives healthcare providers the internal capability and skills to drive real change and establish sustainable improvements in patient care and operational efficiency. Lean is founded on the lean principles of the Toyota Production System that has revolutionised manufacturing processes and is now being adopted by leading healthcare providers around the world. Its focus is on developing service improvement champions who will lead and maintain a lean transformation programme in a healthcare environment. Delivered in a working NHS hospital by some of UK’s foremost lean practitioners this course gives first hand experience of lean being implemented by healthcare professionals
