For change to occur successfully, each NHS Trust executive team must lead the process and understand the methodology form the outset. Staff look to the leaders for direction and commitment in any type of cultural change activity. Staff must see the leaders are serious, committed and willing to change their own working habits as well.


In recognising the crucial role to be played by senior management in a lean transformation, The Manufacturing Institute will take you and senior managers, Directors and Board members to develop implement and lead an organisational-wide lean strategy.
