Make It is a campaign that aims to attract the best and brightest new talent to the sector by promoting manufacturing as an exciting and attractive career option for young people.
Working with global companies such as BAE Systems, Rolls-Royce and Siemens, Make It delivers hands-on practical events and enterprising challenges. Over 60,000 pupils and teachers have been inspired through the campaign since 2006. Evaluation also shows that young people are twice as likely to consider a career in the sector following participation in the programme. Watch some of our Make It Enterprising Challenge videos.
